The ISABIAL Works Council is established as the body responsible for collectively representing the women and men who carry out their work within the organization. Made up of distinguished professionals, the council seeks to safeguard the labor rights of female and male employees, negotiating with the organization in various key areas.

Objectives
The ISABIAL Works Council has the primary objective of collectively representing female and male employees, carrying out several essential functions:
- Collective Bargaining: The committee is actively involved in negotiations with the organization on matters such as working conditions, overtime, working hours, and other measures that affect employees.
- Administrative Functions: It carries out key administrative duties to ensure the proper functioning of labor relations and the effective implementation of labor regulations.
- Information for Employees: It provides staff with relevant information on matters that affect professional relations, maintaining transparent communication.
- Occupational Risk Prevention Oversight: It ensures the implementation of measures to prevent occupational hazards and promote workplace health, contributing to the overall well‑being of female and male employees.
- Promotion of Equality: It actively collaborates in promoting equality in the workplace, ensuring fair treatment for all staff.
- Colaboración en Formación del Personal: Participa en aspectos formativos del personal, colaborando en iniciativas que contribuyan al desarrollo profesional y personal de las trabajadoras y los trabajadores.
