Alicante (20.11.24). The Alicante Institute for Health and Biomedical Research (ISABIAL) has carried out a team‑building activity aimed at strengthening cohesion among its staff. The activity took place on 19 November at Finca Buixcarró, located in the Sierra de Mariola between the municipalities of Bocairent and Banyeres de Mariola. Around thirty ISABIAL staff members participated, completing a guided hiking route through the natural area led by environmental specialists and taking part in several group dynamics.
The team‑building activities were designed to strengthen, in a natural setting, the interaction among ISABIAL staff. The sessions promoted actions that stimulated key aspects of communication such as integration, teamwork, mutual trust, self‑awareness, decision‑making, leadership, creativity, motivation, and stress management.
