The cost of an activity will be determined by the following factors: the orientation of the course (internal vs. external), the level of customization required, the use of simulators, the number of staff needed, the cost of specific materials, and any other expenses derived from its use. These costs will be defined on a case‑by‑case basis through a meeting to assess the needs of each Service, Department, or Company interested in using the facilities. If the course is held during regular working hours (8:00–15:00), and staff availability allows it, and the training is intended for Department personnel, the facilitator and technician costs will be included.
