ISABIAL has been part, since 11 November 2024, of the network of Scientific Culture and Innovation Units (UCC+I) of the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT), under the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities.
The national UCC+I Network aims to promote the exchange of experiences and the search for synergies among its member organisations, in order to improve service quality and optimise resources.
ISABIAL’s accreditation as a UCC+I strengthens the scientific outreach of the excellent health and biomedical research carried out in the province of Alicante.
To fulfil this mission, ISABIAL has a Communication and Scientific Outreach team dedicated to communicating and disseminating the scientific and management activities conducted at the Alicante research institute. The team places special emphasis on sharing news related to the centre, including clinical developments, research advances, ISABIAL‑related events, and other activities.
