The documentation must be submitted at the registry or Single Entry Point of the Alicante Institute for Health and Biomedical Research (ISABIAL).

- Preferably in PDF via email
- In person, submitted on paper, USB, or CD at the ISABIAL headquarters
- Documents requiring it must include the version number, date, and signature
