- The Foundation for the Management of ISABIAL collects all the necessary documentation between the CENTER (Alicante General University Hospital), the FOUNDATION, the PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATOR, and the SPONSOR.
- It streamlines the procedures for the digital signing of contracts by the Hospital Management, the FOUNDATION Director, and the PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATOR.
- The draft CONTRACT is reviewed and negotiated by ISABIAL’s Research Strategy Area.
- Manages the site suitability document in order to provide it to the SPONSOR.
- Carries out the registration, monitoring, and closure of clinical studies in the FUNDANET database, as well as informational activities for the centers involved within its scope of action.
Addendum Management Fee
For all studies: €500 excl. VAT
- The ISABIAL Management Foundation reviews and negotiates the draft Addendum through ISABIAL’s Research Strategy Area.
- It speeds up the document signing process
Other Fees
Document Archiving Fee for Clinical Trials (EECC): €600 excl. VAT
Fee for the Destruction of Investigational Medicinal Products at the Center: €300 excl. VAT
Fee EXEMPTION
- When the Sponsor is a non-profit association or an individual.
- The fee exemption request must be submitted and all requirements must be met.
