This proposal seeks to address frailty in older adults through the development of an innovative Ambient Assisted Living (AAL) system based on Ecological Momentary Assessment (EMA). The objective is to create a real‑time, continuous monitoring system, seamlessly integrated into the everyday environment, scalable across different healthcare settings, and capable of promoting secondary prevention strategies.

- Early detection and intervention: Identify subtle changes in health and daily activity in order to intervene in time and slow the progression of frailty.
