The GLIO‑IA project proposes the creation of a virtual platform for integrating clinical data from patients with primary brain tumours, together with the implementation of Artificial Intelligence algorithms for their analysis. To achieve this, we will integrate imaging data (histological stains, radiological images) and omics data (transcriptomics, epigenomics and oncogenomics) to train the AI models. The main outputs of these models will be used for the diagnosis and classification of new cases, as well as for the evaluation of potential new biomarkers with clinical and therapeutic relevance, all through an intuitive and user‑friendly interface.
