Description

The ISABIAL Microbiology Platform is responsible for the study and analysis of microorganisms—those unicellular organisms and/or organisms without cellular differentiation that are only visible under a microscope, such as fungi, protists, viruses, and bacteria.

Since 2021, the Microbiology Platform has operated under a quality management system (QMS) certified according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

These types of techniques involve the preparation of high‑throughput sequencing libraries, their subsequent massive sequencing on our equipment, and, optionally, the bioinformatic analysis of the resulting data.
