It has a data generation capacity of 120 Gb in High Output mode and 40 Gb in Mid Output mode. It can sequence a human genome (2 × 150 bp) in 30 hours and an exome (2 × 75 bp) in 18 hours. It is useful as a high‑resolution scanner for cytogenomic applications and Karyomapping.
