Mission

Comply with the quality system procedures and ensure that ISABIAL’s services meet quality standards.

Main functions

  • Define internal management procedures in accordance with quality standards in biomedical research.
  • Draft the quality manuals and guidelines for the Research Institute.
  • Support the preparation of quality reports and the annual Quality report.
  • Maintain and control the documentation of the Quality Management System.
  • Define process indicators and monitor them.
  • Identify areas for improvement and subsequently establish quality objectives.
  • Activate the monitoring of procedures, as well as the tracking of non-conformities that may arise, and of preventive and corrective actions.
  • Conduct internal audits.
  • Develop actions for the adoption of Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) as the Foundation’s working framework.
  • Maintain and update the scientific records of the Foundation’s research areas and groups.
