Mission
Manage the billing, administration, taxes, banking, expenses, and accounting of ISABIAL.
Main functions
- To prepare and manage documentation related to personnel files, recruitment processes, employee onboarding, terminations, and other related matters.
- To prepare and calculate labor costs based on the project funding allocated for staff recruitment.
- To assist and support both the project’s researchers and its staff in resolving employment‑related queries and concerns.
- To draft, prepare, and manage calls for applications, minutes, resolutions, and hiring requests.
- To monitor project personnel costs and to prepare and justify them for European Projects.
- To enter and extract data from the Fundanet HR module in order to produce reports used to inform actions within various strategic plans related to the project.
- To receive documentation related to R&D&I activities, request any pending documents, and carry out the corresponding follow‑up.
- To enter information into the management software tool and/or registration and/or support databases.
- To process internal and external documents or communications within the established information workflows.
- Prepare documents and reports on the activities carried out and/or according to the instructions received.
- To implement the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R) award.
