Mission

Manage the billing, administration, taxes, banking, expenses, and accounting of ISABIAL.

Main functions

  • To prepare and manage documentation related to personnel files, recruitment processes, employee onboarding, terminations, and other related matters.
  • To prepare and calculate labor costs based on the project funding allocated for staff recruitment.
  • To assist and support both the project’s researchers and its staff in resolving employment‑related queries and concerns.
  • To draft, prepare, and manage calls for applications, minutes, resolutions, and hiring requests.
  • To monitor project personnel costs and to prepare and justify them for European Projects.
  • To enter and extract data from the Fundanet HR module in order to produce reports used to inform actions within various strategic plans related to the project.
  • To receive documentation related to R&D&I activities, request any pending documents, and carry out the corresponding follow‑up.
  • To enter information into the management software tool and/or registration and/or support databases.
  • To process internal and external documents or communications within the established information workflows.
  • Prepare documents and reports on the activities carried out and/or according to the instructions received.
  • To implement the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R) award.
