To facilitate, coordinate, and ensure the efficient, ethical, and regulatory‑compliant conduct of clinical studies, with the aim of generating robust scientific evidence on the safety and efficacy of high‑quality new treatments, medicines, or medical interventions at ISABIAL.

• Contract research with external Sponsors, pharmaceutical companies, and biotechnology firms:
  • Preparation, negotiation, and administrative management of contracts.
  • Feasibility assessments and selection of physicians for the development of new proposals for clinical studies of interest.

• Independent clinical research:
  • Review and provide guidance on the research protocol in accordance with clinical study methodology.
  • Advisory support on legislative and regulatory matters.
  • Advisory support in budget preparation.
  • Monitoring and closure of active clinical studies at ISABIAL.
  • Delivery of training and informational activities.
