ISABIAL’s staff selection process is carried out in accordance with the principles of equality, merit, ability, and public notice, through publication of its calls on the employment page.
ISABIAL has no senior management positions. The roles of General and Scientific Director are performed on an unpaid basis.
ISABIAL has no full-time union representatives.
